Deepak Chopra on Organised Religion

Elton John has said it, now Deepak Chopra has called for an end to organised religion:

"I think religion is obsolete. They're divisive, quarrelsome,
idiotic....look at all the havoc in the world? Who's doing it? It's the
religious people, and no religion is immune from it. You go to India
and you see these Hindus massacring Muslims and torturing them with
fire. They're as violent as anybody else, they just happen to be
vegetarians."

History will look back on the religions of our time as barbaric. Our government leaders are so often ruling from an ideological point of view that includes primitive prejudices of hatred.
